Here's the original pattern I purchased from Chelle at luv2crochet.com. I was too lazy to follow the directions for the button on back after following the pattern a couple times, I made the back the front and left the opening a little longer and crocheted a tie to put in it. It's still her pattern, I'm not taking credit for her work, it's just another take on it. The pictures below show the first couple I made and then the others are showing what it looks like with me little changes.
